POLICIES Payment is made in advance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, in addition to checks, money orders and wire transfers. If paid by personal check or money order, no shipment will be made until those items clear the bank (may be 10-14 days). (Yes, money orders, too–in these days of techno-fraud!). Special cases (cases made for unique instruments or unusual combinations) are not returnable. If case purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within 3 days of receiving the case to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer’s risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim. We guarantee our products to be to your satisfaction provide that the information you provide is accurate and complete (i.e. MEASUREMENTS!). If within 30 days you find a problem with our product, please notify us for repair or replacement. All of our cases are custom fit to your measurements. We guarantee fit to those measurements you provide. However it is your responsibility to notify us of any options or items unique to your instrument. Please be diligent in measuring and providing us with all information that could affect fit as you will be charged for any adjustments to the case due to errors or omissions on your part. |
